Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Evolve Back Resorts since September 2022, Saibal has previously held key leadership positions including General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group and General Manager at UMIL Hotels, where responsibilities included driving business development activities for the Howard Johnson By Wyndham brand in India. Saibal's career includes notable roles such as General Manager at The Savannah Sarovar Premiere, The Four Points by Sheraton in Jaipur, and The Taj Garden Retreat in Kumarakom. An alumnus of SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research with an Executive MBA and an earlier degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Mumbai, Saibal has a solid educational foundation to complement substantial industry experience.
