Lucas Conley

Lucas Conley, CAMS, is a highly skilled financial crimes investigator with extensive experience in financial crime and anti-money laundering (AML) investigations. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Crimes Investigator at Evolve Bank & Trust, Lucas specializes in complex investigations across both traditional banking and fintech sectors. Prior to this role, Lucas held various positions at UniBank for Savings, where responsibilities included managing an enterprise-level BSA/AML program and leading a team of analysts. Lucas has also held roles at Pride Stores and Santander Bank, where expertise in fraud detection and internal investigations was developed. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Norwich University, Lucas has demonstrated a strong ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.
