Matthew Thomas

Matthew Thomas is an experienced structural engineer currently serving as the Head of Design at Evolve Consulting Engineers since October 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Foster + Partners from September 2013 to October 2023, including Associate, Senior Structural Engineer, and Structural Engineer. Early in Matthew's career, an internship at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited took place in 2010-2011. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Advanced Structural Engineering with a focus on Earthquake Engineering from Imperial College London (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science with a specialization in Infrastructural Engineering from the University of Toronto (2007-2012), along with a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico Statale "A. Righi" in Rome, Italy.
