Sam Patino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fitness, health, and management. As Co-Owner of First 10 Fitness since December 2014, Sam specializes in in-home health, nutrition, meal planning, and personal training. Additionally, Sam has been a Contractor with Patino Remodeling and an Independent Fitness Professional since November 2013. Sam's managerial skills were further developed at Evolve Fitness, where responsibilities encompassed overall operations, and as Sales Manager at Stone's and Iditarod Fitness. Notably, as Manager and Sales and Marketing Director at Triton Sports Center from December 2007 to December 2010, Sam oversaw the sales team and marketing strategies. Sam's educational background includes studies at EPCC from 1994 to 2006 and UTSA from 1990 to 1992.
