Cayman Lensbower

Cayman Lensbower is an experienced Solutions Engineer at Evolve IP, serving since November 2016 and previously holding the titles of Advanced Client Care Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. Responsibilities include managing customer concerns, facilitating communication between Implementation and the Customer Support Center, and assisting with complex technical issue resolution. Prior to Evolve IP, Cayman worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Xtium from June 2014 to November 2016, where duties involved troubleshooting issues related to cloud hosting and disaster recovery solutions, alongside supporting and designing a multi-tenant Desktop as a Service (DaaS) environment.
