Hamza van der Maas

Hamza van der Maas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they began their career as a Backoffice Assistant at LeasePlan Nederland. Hamza then worked as a Sales Advisor at T-Mobile Nederland from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Hamza served as a Team Captain at Hot Networkz BV. Hamza then joined BMW Group as a Student Intern, where they worked from 2016 to 2017. Hamza expanded their sales expertise at Phone House Nederland, where they served as a Sales Advisor from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined VodafoneZiggo as a Sales Advisor and remained there until 2019. From 2018 to 2019, Hamza worked as a Sales Marketing Trainee at Mazda Motor Nederland. Hamza then pursued a role as a Junior Account Manager at Triple P Nederland B.V. from 2019 to 2020. Recently, in 2020, Hamza joined ADTS as an Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at Evolve IP since October 2021.

Hamza van der Maas completed their education at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business & Retail Management (SBRM) / Ondernemerschap & Retail Management (ORM). Prior to that, they attended ROC Midden Nederland from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an MBO niveau 4 degree in Sociaal cultureel werker.

As for additional certifications, Hamza obtained a Scrum certification in methodisch werken and agile from Avans+ in May 2022.
