Shannon Detwiler began their work experience in 2002 as a Data Entry Clerk and Interim IT Technician for Human Services, where they worked until 2006. Shannon then briefly served as a Test Database Administrator for Flower Shop Solutions before joining DeVry University as a Help Desk Technician from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Broadview Networks as a Data Repair Analyst, handling various networking tasks such as configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP phone systems. After two years, they were promoted to the role of Data Repair Technician II, where they continued to manage and troubleshoot network setups. In 2010, Shannon joined Evolve IP as a Sr. Network Engineer, progressing through various roles, including Manager, Sr. Manager, and finally becoming the Director of Network Engineering in 2019. Throughout their roles at Evolve IP, they have been responsible for managing voice network engineering, directing network operations, and leading network engineering teams.
