Mikey Carr

Mikey Carr is an experienced creative professional and entrepreneur, serving as the Owner/Director of Michael Carr Creative since 2010, where a diverse range of creative services including writing, film direction, and event management are offered. In addition, Mikey has been an Event Producer/Correspondent for Heaps Gay since 2015, working on events that support the LGBTIQ community, and plays the role of Public Relations Coordinator for the Meaningful Movies NSW group under Amnesty International Australia since 2016. Other notable positions include Reporter for Evolve Media, Entertainment Director at Freda's, Head of Production at Siberia Records, and Founding Editor of Music Feeds. Mikey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from The University of Notre Dame Australia and has a background in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney.
