Brad Klos

Brad Klos is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the medical device industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at E-merge Capital Partners and Evolve Medtech Partners, where focus lies on investing and developing innovative medical technologies. Klos is also the President and CEO of Cross Vascular and Boa Medical, leading advancements in transseptal access systems and endoscopy solutions, respectively. As a co-founder and board member at RetractOrtho, Klos has contributed to the development of radiolucent retractor systems. In addition, Klos was instrumental in the success of SinglePass and Traverse Vascular, both achieving acquisitions in recent years. Klos holds an MBA and a BA from the University of San Diego.
