In 2004, they joined Costello & Sons Insurance Brokers, where they held the positions of Account Manager, Commercial Lines Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. In 2017, they moved to HUB International as Senior VP of Operations, and in 2021, they began their current role as Executive Vice President at Evolve MGA.
