Adi Habbu

Adi Habbu has a range of professional experience in various industries. They started their career as a Financial Analyst at Microenergy Credits in 2008 and later worked as a Summer Associate at Santa Fe Capital Group in 2009. In 2010, Adi Habbu began teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School, a role they held until 2021. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Corporate Restructuring Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Following this, Adi Habbu joined Barclays as a Vice President on the Distressed Credit Trading Desk from 2014 to 2018. They then transitioned to Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as a Director from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, Adi Habbu became the Chief Legal & Financial Strategy Officer at Evolve Mortgage Services, LLC. More recently, in 2022, they co-founded a stealth startup.

Adi Habbu pursued higher education at the University of Chicago. From 2002 to 2010, Adi completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Philosophy of Mathematics. Additionally, from 2006 to 2010, Adi simultaneously obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. During this period, Adi also attended the University of Chicago Law School, completing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. The field of study for the JD degree is not specified.
