Mike Esch

Mike Esch has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Mike started their career in 2004 as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at National City Bank, where they gained experience in underwriting and approving loans. Mike then joined Wells Fargo in 2009 as a Site Quality Control Assistant Team Lead, where they managed a team and ensured high-quality standards. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Underwriter at Fannie Mae, where they reviewed loans for errors and wrote legal letters of reimbursement. Mike then joined Capital One and served in various roles, including Credit Administration Officer, Credit Policy Controls Team Lead, and QC Vendor Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, tested credit policy controls, and ensured adherence to quality control requirements. Currently, they are the VP of Mortgage Quality Control at Evolve Mortgage Services, LLC, where they oversee the quality assurance and quality control process.
