Russell Shemilt has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the National Distributor Manager and Business Manager at Evolve North since January 2010, focusing on helping businesses grow beyond their existing success. Additionally, Russell held the position of Operation/Procurement Manager, further enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to Evolve North, Russell worked at Conical Coffee from January 2014 to February 2024, also dedicated to assisting cafes in achieving greater success. Russell holds a Certificate 4 in Accounting and a Certificate 4 in Sales & Marketing from Glenvale Education, following completion of education at Glenvale Secondary School from 2004 to 2009.
