Sebastian Stagnetto has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sebastian began their professional career in 2015 as a Sales Assistant at Gibraltar Duty Free Shop (GDFS), where they demonstrated persistence, resilience, and strong interpersonal communication skills. In 2015, they also worked as a Ski Instructor at Swiss Ski Crans Montana, where they showcased adaptability and judgement in tailoring lessons and presenting awards to clients. In 2018, Sebastian joined TopHat as a Residential Development Sales Assistant, where they compiled sales and marketing analysis reports, managed social media performance, and successfully designed an advertisement for a local newspaper campaign. In 2020, they took on the role of Compliance and Business Development Assistant at Form-A-Co (Gibraltar) Limited, playing a crucial role in redesigning and managing the company's website, thereby taking on marketing responsibilities. Currently, Sebastian is working at Evolve OOH as a Business Assistant, with a promotion to Client Executive expected in April 2023.

Sebastian Stagnetto completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Loughborough University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Stonyhurst College from 2013 to 2015. Sebastian'seducation journey started at Bayside Comprehensive, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Sebastian obtained the Ad Net Zero Essentials Certificate from the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) in August 2022.
