Laura Rudoe (nee Howard) has an extensive work experience in the natural personal care market. Laura started their career in 1999 as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain and Company, where they developed strategic solutions for companies and presented to senior management. In 2004, they moved to Whole Foods Market as a Strategic Marketing Manager, conducting research to assess where and how to enter the UK market. Later that year, they joined Bridges Community Ventures as a Business Development Manager, creating the blueprint for a new social venture fund to invest in UK based social enterprises and social businesses.
In 2005, they moved to Nude Skincare as an Operations Director, where they were responsible for the premium ethical and natural skincare retailer based in London. In 2007, they joined Bridges Ventures as an Investment Manager, sourcing ethical investment opportunities, conducting transactions and managing portfolio companies. In 2008, they founded Evolve Beauty, a range of organic skin body and haircare designed to make green and healthy living more desirable and accessible.
In 2012, they founded S5 Skincare. Most recently, in 2021, they founded Adaptology Skincare, where they serve as the Founder and CEO.
Laura Rudoe (nee Howard) began their educational journey at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained a Bsc in Economics between 1995 and 1998. Laura then went on to Harvard Business School, earning an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Social enterprise between 2003 and 2005.
