Ellen Heintz

Ellen Heintz is a seasoned Senior Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer currently employed at Evolve Solutions Group since January 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at VMware from September 2018 to January 2024, where Ellen led the creation of an award-winning professional skills program and collaborated on a data-informed training approach for Sales Leaders. Previous roles at Future State Inc. and Heintz Instructional Design Consulting established expertise in scenario-driven eLearning development and instructional design for various high-profile clients, including British Petroleum, ShoreTel, and Hewlett Packard. Ellen holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences/Child Development from San Jose State University.
