Deanne Spencer

Deanne Spencer, GISP, is a seasoned GIS Specialist with extensive experience in the field spanning over two decades. Currently with Evolve Surface Strategies Inc. since August 2020, Deanne has also worked with H2Safety Services Inc. and Critical Control Energy Services in similar roles. Previous positions include GIS Process Evaluator and Improvement Specialist at Evolve Surface Strategies and a GIS Specialist at Titan Mapping Solutions, where leadership and technical innovation were key contributions. Deanne's career commenced as a GIS Technician at Information Services Corporation ISC, and notable early roles also included two stints in Corrosion Survey at TransCanada and a GIS Project with the City of Winnipeg. Deanne holds a 4-year BA and a Certificate in Remote Sensing and GIS from The University of Winnipeg.
