Customer Experience Enablement Lead at Evolve

Amy Schweid has diverse work experience in various roles. Amy started their career in 2012 at the Omaha Community Playhouse as an Arts Education professional, where they worked until 2016. In 2013, they joined Lot 2 as a server and stayed with the company until 2018. From 2018 onwards, they worked at Evolve, initially as a Senior Guest Experience Specialist until 2021, when they transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Trainer. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Experience Enablement Lead at Evolve, starting from September 2022. In addition to their employment, Amy Schweid also runs their own business as the owner since 2011.

Amy Schweid obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theater Direction + Performance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completing their education from 2008 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification in Customer Experience Enablement from Lessonly by Seismic in April 2022.
