Charity Taitt

Charity Taitt has extensive work experience in instructional design and learning and development. Charity is currently working as a Lead Instructional Designer at Evolve since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Grubhub as a Lead Instructional Designer from 2021 to 2023, and as a Senior Instructional Designer from 2019 to 2021. Before Grubhub, Charity worked at SMS Assist, L.L.C. as an Instructional Designer from 2018 to 2019 and as a Learning and Development Specialist from 2017 to 2018. Charity also worked as a Team Lead and Operations Specialist at SMS Assist, L.L.C. from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Charity has previous experience as an Account Manager at Sports Awards from 2013 to 2015, and as an Operations Manager at Photogenic Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Charity also worked as a WTHS News Disc Jockey at Hope College from 2010 to 2011.

Charity Taitt studied at Hope College from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In May 2019, they obtained a certification as an Adobe Captivate Specialist.
