Jamie Vibber

Jamie Vibber has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of CX Operations Excellence at Evolve. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Traveler Experience at Hotel Engine from 2021 to 2022. Before joining Hotel Engine, Jamie worked at Ibotta, Inc. as a Senior Business Operations Manager from 2020 to 2021. Preceding that, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at CSG from 2019 to 2020. From 2014 to 2019, Jamie worked at DISH Network, initially as the Director of Distribution and Manufacturing, then as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, and later as the Business Operations Manager III - Technical Operations and Analytics. Jamie started their career at Target, where they held the position of Executive Team Leader - Logistics from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Chili's Manager at Brinker International from 2006 to 2011.

Jamie Vibber has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from Northern Arizona University, and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
