Jay Franco is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Evolve, Jay previously held leadership roles including Head of Enterprise Sales at Celebrity Agent, where an enterprise SAAS sales organization was launched, and Senior Director of Broker Sales & Partnerships at Curbio, focused on key relationships with major U.S. real estate brokerages. Jay's earlier career includes significant positions at Zillow, overseeing sales and partnerships across various initiatives, and serving as General Manager for Premier Agent Sales at Trulia, where foundational growth efforts were led. Jay began the professional journey at Hewlett-Packard, creating and managing sales organizations that contributed to substantial corporate growth. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Regis University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
