Prior to joining Evolve, Kaitlyn held roles at companies such as Marriott International, Randstad USA, Walt Disney World, and Stop & Shop, where Kaitlyn demonstrated their expertise in team management and guest services. With a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, Kaitlyn has a strong educational background to complement their professional achievements.
