Lauren Friend

Lauren Friend is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, communication, and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP, Chief of Staff & Communications at Evolve, Lauren has successfully led various high-impact initiatives and special projects within the company. Previously as Senior Director of Learning & Enablement and Director of Learning & Development at Evolve, Lauren enhanced the organization's learning culture and implemented strategic DEIB initiatives. Prior roles include Associate Director of Student Success at Guild Education, where Lauren expanded the Student Success team, and leadership positions at InvitedHome, where Lauren improved client engagement and reduced attrition rates. Lauren's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans.
