John Hott

John Hott is a highly experienced professional in regulatory affairs and quality assurance, currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and EHS at Evolved By Nature since August 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of Global Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs at Eastman Chemical Company from December 2014 to August 2023, and served as Global Director of Product Regulatory at Ashland Inc. from May 2012 to December 2014. John has extensive experience in regulatory positions, including Director, Regulatory Americas at both Lonza and Arch Chemicals, where Lonza acquired Arch Chemicals. John's career began at Syngenta, where roles included Human Safety Technical Consultant and Sr. Regulatory Manager, building a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and regulatory management. John earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemistry from Mercer University, complemented by an NSF Fellowship in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
