Mark Aimone, MBA

Mark Aimone, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Vice President CMC and Manufacturing Operations at EvolveImmune Therapeutics since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AstraZeneca as Vice President CMC and Clinical Supply Chain for the Alexion Rare Disease division from 2021 to 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Aimone worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they held multiple roles including VP Global Clinical Supply, CMC/Operations Management and North American Manufacturing, and Executive Director - Global Clinical Supply and Portfolio Management. In these roles, they were responsible for portfolio management, strategic sourcing, and CMO relationship management.

Before joining Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Aimone spent a significant part of their career at Pfizer. From 2008 to 2016, they served as Senior Director - CMC Leadership and Business Strategy, overseeing budget, technical, and regulatory deliverables for the Primary and Specialty Care Business Units. Mark also held the positions of Director - Supply Operations and Strategic Sourcing from 2001 to 2008, Associate Director - Clinical Supply Operations from 1998 to 2001, and Senior Research Scientist - Technology Transfer from 1996 to 1998.

Aimone's early career began at Procter & Gamble, where they worked in Product Development from 1990 to 1996.

Mark Aimone obtained their MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Villanova University, where they earned a BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, and Biochemistry.
