Catalina Stoicescu is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Evolve Today Romania since September 2019. In this role, Catalina manages the full-cycle IT recruitment process and employs innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Honeywell, where Catalina oversaw a wide range of HR processes, and as a Talent Management & Leadership Specialist for SC Metro Cash & Carry Romania SRL, where project management for international trainee programs was key. Catalina's career also includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Specialist across various organizations, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from SNSPA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest.
