The Human Resources team at Evon Technologies is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee retention and compliance. They ensure a positive workplace culture, handle payroll and benefits administration, and oversee staff training and development. Additionally, the HR team supports strategic initiatives such as talent acquisition, performance management, and cultivating a productive and engaged workforce.
