Katariina Mäntylä has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katariina most recently worked as a Product Manager at Evondos Group, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Firstbeat Technologies from 2020 to 2023, including Product Manager and Customer Engagement Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for building product strategies, analyzing user behavior, and executing automated communications to drive user retention.

Before joining Firstbeat Technologies, Mäntylä worked as a Business Development Executive at FAST TRACK in 2020, where they consulted on establishing a new team and produced user guides for a multichannel engagement platform. Katariina Mäntylä has a diverse education history, which includes both undergraduate and graduate degrees in different fields. Katariina began their educational journey at Etelä-Tapiolan Lukio, where they obtained their Ylioppilas degree in 2010. Following this, they attended Aalto University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Business Law.

During their undergraduate studies, Katariina took part in an exchange semester at the University of St. Gallen in 2013, focusing on International Management. This experience allowed their to gain international exposure and expand their knowledge in the field.

After completing their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education at Aalto University, this time enrolling in the Master's Program in Marketing. From 2014 to 2016, Katariina successfully earned their Master of Science degree in Marketing.

Additionally, in 2015, they participated in an exchange semester at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, enhancing their understanding of social sciences.

Katariina Mäntylä has also obtained a certification in Body Language for Women from LinkedIn, which they achieved in September 2019.
