Mervi Reiman

Mervi Reiman has worked in various roles since 1990. Mervi began their career at Nokia Oyj as a Research Engineer, Electronic Packaging Research. From 1997-2012, they held various positions at Nokia Oyj, including Senior Specialist, Environmental Engineering, Program Quality and User Experience Manager, Senior Process Engineer, Process Development Manager, and Portfolio Manager and Asset & Investment Manager. From 2012-2014, they worked as a Complaint Coordinator at KaVo Kerr. From 2014-2018, they were a Process Engineer at Vaisala. From 2018-2021, they were a Quality Engineer at Eskomatic Oy. Currently, they are a Senior Quality Engineer at Valmet Automotive, where they are responsible for control plans, internal process change management, task force lead, internal audits, and Certified Lead Auditor and Qualified VDA 6.3:2016 process auditor. Mervi is also set to begin their role as Supplier Quality Manager at Evondos Group in 2022.

Mervi Reiman's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 1986 and 1990. Mervi also attended Imatran kuvataidekoulu between 1982 and 1985, studying Kuvataiteet (maalaus, piirustus, kuvanveisto). In 1996, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Material Technology from Tampere University of Technology. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor for Medical Device industry from DNV in 2022, Työntutkija from Management Institute of Finland MIF Oy in 2015, Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Qualtec in 1998, VDA 6.3 Process Auditor from VDA QMC WEDEAQ Scandinavia AB in 2021, and IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor from SMMT Industry Forum Ltd in 2021.
