Ville Haavisto

Ville Haavisto has worked in various roles since 2009. Starting in 2009, they were an Integration and Test Engineer at Sorv-Elektro Oy, where their duties included PCB and cabling test design and testing, microcontroller driven project design and project management, and customer support on- and off-site. In 2010, they became a Test Engineer, Staff I at Renesas Mobile Corporation, where they were responsible for 3GPP LTE Conformance Testing on the Anritsu ME7873L And R&S TS8980 RRM systems. In 2013, they moved to Broadcom as a Software Test Engineer, Staff II, with similar duties as at Renesas Mobile Corporation. Finally, since 2015, they have been Quality and Compliance Manager, Test Manager, and System Test Lead at Evondos Oy, where their duties include testing process planning, test planning and test case design, and regulatory approval testing and planning, certification planning.

Ville Haavisto obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Embedded Systems and Information Technology/Embedded Systems from the Turku University of Applied Sciences between 2005 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Hermanni upper secondary school from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained the Elements of AI certification from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor in June 2018.
