Rebecca Farn has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and medical product development. Rebecca started their career at Sagentia as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they gained experience in complex electro-mechanical surgical developments and front-end concept generation. Rebecca then joined CMR Surgical as a Mechanical Engineer, where they worked on the development of a disruptive medical robotic platform for keyhole surgery. Rebecca later became a Senior Mechanical Engineer at CMR Surgical, where they focused on designing the Versius system hand controllers and user interface.

Rebecca then joined BIOS as the Head of Mechanical Engineering, where they led a start-up team and implemented medical product development practices. Their role also involved planning and strategy for creating an interface between the human nervous system and technology.

Currently, Rebecca is the Head of Production & Test at Evonetix Ltd. Rebecca also holds the role of Instrument Technical Lead. No specific end dates were provided for their current roles.
