Colleen Twill

Colleen Twill has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Process & Platform Excellence at Evonik since February 2007, where previous roles included Director of HR Services and Manager of Staffing and International Assignments. Prior to Evonik, Colleen worked as the Graduate Development Manager at ICI Americas from 2005 to 2006, and held the position of College Relations Manager at Unilever - National Starch & Chemical Co. from 1993 to 2005. Earlier in Colleen's career, recruitment expertise was developed at Philips Lighting from 1990 to 1993. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Rider University between 1986 and 1990.
