Cornelius Friedrichs

Cornelius Friedrichs is an experienced professional in the field of supply chain management and polymer research, currently serving as the Head of SCM EMEA Catalysts at Evonik since August 2012. Prior roles at Evonik include Global Supply Chain Manager, Assistant Plant Manager for Catalysts, and Group Leader in R&D, where responsibilities involved genehmigungsmanagement and the development of Ziegler-Natta catalysts for olefin polymerization. Prior to this, Cornelius Friedrichs completed a PhD investigation into dynamic polymer-solid contacts using advanced solid-state NMR methods at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research from 2007 to 2012, where a Diplom degree in Chemistry was also obtained. Education includes a Diplom in Chemistry from the University of Bayreuth from 2003 to 2007.
