Dr. Yves Gorat Stommel

Dr. Yves Gorat Stommel (MBA) is currently the Head of IT unit Data & Analytics at Evonik. Prior to this role, Dr. Stommel held various positions within the company including Deputy Head of Function Evonik Digital, Head of Department Cognitive Solutions, and Head of Department Business Development and Innovation. Dr. Stommel has a strong background in process engineering, project planning, and technical and production controlling. Additionally, Dr. Stommel holds a PhD in mechanical engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
