Ivan Santana

Ivan Santana is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in payroll processes, policy implementation, and employee assistance. Currently serving as HR Systems & Process Manager at Evonik since September 2013, Ivan has led various HR initiatives, including the Workday implementation across Central and South America, and has a significant focus on cost-saving workshops and executive reporting.
