Norbert Steier has extensive experience in the field of production and technology, particularly within the animal nutrition sector. Since March 2011, Norbert has held multiple leadership roles at Evonik, including Head of Production and Technology Animal Nutrition, Project Director, Head of Strategic Business Projects, and Vice President Regional Development Southeast Asia. Prior to this, from December 2002 to February 2011, Norbert was with CyPlus GmbH as Head of Operations and Technology and Plant Superintendent. Norbert's career began at Evonik from July 1995 to November 2002 in positions such as Plant Engineer and Process Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Process Engineering from the Technical University Kaiserslautern, Germany, and ongoing programs in leadership and profitable growth at the Human Capital Leadership Institute in Singapore and IMD.
