Yvonne Tan is a Senior Technical Service Manager for Evonik in the SEAANZ region, with a focus on the personal care sector since September 2014. Responsibilities include establishing the Beauty & Care Innovation Centre in Singapore, leading an applications team, managing regional customer projects, and developing tailored formulations and prototypes. Prior to Evonik, Yvonne served as a Technical Services/Application Team Leader at Croda from January 2006 to August 2014, where Yvonne led product validation and claims substantiation for skincare and hair care products, established testing lab protocols, and was actively involved in the Society of Cosmetics Scientists Singapore. Early career experiences include a role as a Regional Technical Specialist at ISP, focusing on personal care formulations and customer solutions, and as an R&D Chemist at Berger Paints. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Regis University.
