Aritra Sinha completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from the RCC Institute of Information Technology and the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata. Aritra attended these institutions from 2005 to 2009. Before that, they obtained their Higher Secondary degree in Science from Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College from 2003 to 2005. Aritra also completed their Secondary education at Sodepur High School from 2001 to 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, Aritra Sinha obtained the Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification from Pegasystems in February 2020.
