Willem Otto

Willem Otto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Willem started their career in 2002 at Telesure Technology Solutions, where they held positions such as Software Developer, Software Development Team Lead, Development Team Manager, General Manager, and Head of Application Management. In 2016, they joined BetterLife Group LTD as the Chief Technology Officer and later became an Information Technology Consultant. Currently, they are working at The Hyde Group as the Head of Business Systems and is scheduled to become the Head of Digital Products in 2023.

Willem Otto's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from Rand Afrikaans University, which they earned from 2000 to 2002. Willem also completed the ITIL V3 Foundation certification training from Pink Elephant in 2011. In 2012, they attended the GIBS Business School, specifically the Gordon Institute of Business Science, where they participated in a Leadership Development Programme focusing on Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they received TOGAF 9 Certification Training in Enterprise Architecture from RealIRM in 2014.
