Damin Nanayakkara

Damin Nanayakkara is an experienced professional with a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and project management. Currently serving as an Associate Director at EvonSys since November 2019, Damin oversees continuous improvement processes, quality metrics, and client services while managing agile teams. Prior to this role, Damin held various positions at Virtusa from May 2003 to November 2019, including Senior Manager, where responsibilities included risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and driving teams toward best-in-class testing processes. Damin's career began as a Software Programmer at DPIT, focusing on VB programming and customer support. Damin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Colombo and completed foundational education at Royal College.
