Richard Metcalfe

Richard Metcalfe is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at EVORA Global, where responsibilities include leading the Go To Market strategy, global sales, marketing, sales operations, and sales enablement since January 2025. In addition, Richard serves as an adviser at Adora Digital Health, providing insights on market and sales strategies. Previously, Richard held various senior leadership roles at Salesforce from August 2019 to May 2024, including Senior Regional Vice President for the Talent and Business Services Industries and Strategic Accounts, as well as leading the Salesforce Platform team in the UK and Ireland. Richard's early career includes sales roles at Google and IBM, where expertise in business-to-business sales and the financial services sector was developed.
