Chaya Kusuma has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning over several industries. chaya began their career in advertising, working at Lowe Jakarta as a Senior Writer from 2004 to 2006. chaya then moved to Lowe Bangkok, where they served as an Associate Creative Director until 2008. Chaya continued to excel in the advertising field, joining JWT Singapore as a Creative Group Head, specializing in handling regional hair care brands like Sunsilk Regional. During their time at JWT, they also worked on local brands such as SilkAir, earning accolades and significant accomplishments for both brands. In 2012, Chaya explored the tech industry and founded their own venture, Wishkoo.com, to better understand consumers in the digital world. chaya later joined PT Modern Sevel Indonesia as a marketing consultant, where they played a crucial role in launching and marketing the coffee island concept. Their success in the role led to an offer of partnership in developing another retail business. Chaya further expanded their expertise by working as a Creative Director for Grey Indonesia and Yolk@Grey, contributing to their success and securing clients such as Mandiri Bank. In 2017, they joined MatahariMall.com as the Head of Marketing Communications until 2019. Chaya furthered their career in strategic partnerships when they joined ATTN as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of United Creative, a position they assumed in 2022. Throughout their career, Chaya has consistently demonstrated their passion for advertising and their ability to excel in various roles and industries.

Chaya Kusuma completed their Bachelor of Design and Visual Communication from Petra University, specializing in advertising and marketing. chaya attended this university from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, during the same time period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, with a general focus, from Petra Christian University.
