Paul Pachowicz is the founder of EVOsales (2023–Present), where they help companies evolve with transparency, agility, and measurable business value. They currently serve as Head of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at e-point (2025–Present). They have more than ten years of experience in sales and management across B2B, B2G, and B2C contexts. Their prior roles include Interim Sales Executive at Datamatics (2019–2020), Head of Sales and Marketing at Airly (2017–2018), and Director of Sales and Business Development for Good Bye Lenin Hostel Chain (2011–2013). They earned a magister degree in Zarzadzanie and rachunkowość from Akademia Ekonomiczna w Krakowie (2001–2007).
