Rachel Bush

Rachel Bush (Morrison) is a Senior DMPK Scientist 1 at Evotec since October 2018, with extensive experience in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics. Previously, Rachel worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in Biochemistry at ILL - Institut Laue Langevin, focusing on deuterated lipids, and as a DMPK Scientist at Evotec, where responsibilities included high throughput ADME assays and bioanalytical testing. Rachel's early career also includes participation in an international synthetic biology competition at the University of Edinburgh and a summer placement project at DSM Nutritional Products, alongside experience as a summer camp counselor. Rachel holds a DPhil in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Oxford and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
