Matthew Elson

Matthew Elson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Matthew started their career at Unilever as a Manufacturing Manager and then moved on to Mingson Industries as a General Manager. After that, they joined McKinsey and Company as an Associate Principal. Matthew then served as a Senior Policy Adviser to the Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street. Following this, they worked as a Managing Director at Atkins Management Consultants and as a CEO (interim) at ESR Technology. Matthew also worked as a Management Consultant and Interim Executive while being self-employed. Matthew'scurrent role is as the CEO of Evotix, where they are leading the company in transforming how organizations manage health and safety.

Matthew Elson attended the University of Oxford from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Engineering, Economics and Management. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at INSEAD from 1994 to 1995.
