Amalia-Aida Pomian has extensive experience in event coordination and human resources, currently serving as an Event Geek at Evozon since December 2008, responsible for organizing a variety of events and content creation. Previous roles include HR & Event Specialist at Evozon, where Amalia-Aida created recruiting plans and managed candidate screenings, as well as Account Manager, focusing on customer relationships and marketing initiatives. Amalia-Aida has also held positions as Speakers Liaison for Codiax and Techsylvania, and has significant event organizing experience, having led the YAPC::EU 2016 and hello.JS 2016 conferences. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Romance Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca.
