Mihaela Șerban

Mihaela Șerban serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at evozon since May 2018, leading strategic initiatives to enhance organizational growth and global impact, while nurturing important relationships, especially with the European Commission. With experience in various roles, including Trainer, Learning Designer, and HR Business Partner, Mihaela contributes to the Movium Project and supports departments such as Accounting and IT Support through employee relations, training, and event organization. Additionally, from October 2020 to January 2023, Mihaela was an Associate Teacher at Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” în Cluj-Napoca, mentoring 3rd-year students in Informatics and Mathematics to develop both technical and collaborative skills. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University, along with a Romanian Baccalaureate in Biochemistry.
