Raluca Hirian is a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Agile projects at Evozon since March 2017, specializing in elicitation, requirements analysis, and management. Prior roles include Project Coordinator at ELC GROUP and Business Analyst at AROBS Transilvania Software, where Raluca focused on communication between teams, functional requirements, and project management. Raluca's earlier experience as Research Director at Metro Media Transilvania involved qualitative research project management, and as Assistant Producer at Transilvania Live, Raluca contributed to show research and news presentation. Raluca holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, complemented by a strong educational background from Traian Lalescu National College.
