Darren Parker, PhD, currently serves as Research Scientist II at Evozyne, leading the Host Systems Engineering & Development team since September 2021. Previously, Darren held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and a Technical Consultant at ARCH Venture Partners. Academic experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant role at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Darren completed a PhD in Biology under the supervision of Gene-Wei Li, with a thesis defense in June 2020.
