Emily Otto

Emily Otto is currently an account coordinator at EVR Advertising. Emily previously worked as a social media marketing intern at the Gilded Tomato Company and as a marketing communications intern at Your Place in Rome. Emily has also held the position of shift supervisor at Arnie's BBQ and Homemade Ice Cream Restaurant.

Emily is experienced in collaborating with owners and CEOs to create content for social media profiles, including photo editing, caption creation, hashtag use, and posting schedules. Emily is also skilled in assisting with pivoting the direction of businesses during times of crisis, such as increasing online presence, strengthening company image, and reaching new and existing customers.

As a marketing communications intern, Emily helped provide better communication and information to American students and their parents while they were studying abroad in Rome. Emily also assisted students in exploring and learning about the culture and the city, making this location feel like home.

As a shift supervisor, Emily was responsible for managing shifts and overseeing employees. Emily was also responsible for handling customer complaints and concerns, as well as training new employees.

Emily Otto's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Management from Providence College School of Business, a diploma from Concord High School, and certifications from Microsoft in Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 and from HubSpot Academy in Inbound Marketing.
